Now life is slowly beginning to return to normal we have decided to modify our delivery of the ‘Make it Click’ learning opportunities so that we can still provide this engaging and easy to use platform but with the added benefit of Won Connect’s personalised service.

When you initially contact us via email or phone, we will go over a quick survey with you, this will allow us to know what it is you are looking to learn and also what your current digital skill levels are.

We will then organise a time that suits you and a tutor to meet virtually to go over your chosen subjects and show you how to navigate the ‘Make it Click’ registration and platform. During your time learning with us a member of the team will keep in contact with you weekly so as to check in with you and offer any assistance as needed.

After 2-4 weeks we will go over a second survey to learn how you are finding the platform and what you have learned. This survey will also help Make it Click improve their platform and resources, meaning that not only will you be learning new skills, you’ll also be helping a national campaign.
